Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days from the order date. The shipment arrives between 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any shipping delays that may occur if the shipment needs to be customs cleared or inspected, or if there are any transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order on the website www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $2.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship worldwide. However, if your country is not covered by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more information on our list of destinations, please contact us at service@acdnew.com.

How can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only allowed no later than 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@acdnew.com to request such a change.

Can I have the order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
